Increased metabolic activity is also evident in the left supraclavicular region, corresponding to the site of lymph node excision; D: After the first three cycles of doxorubicin, bleomycin, vinblastine, and dacarbazine chemotherapy, showing no evidence of pathological metabolic activity. Diffuse, reactive osteomedullary fluorodeoxyglucose uptake is present.
