The lesions are well-demarcated, non-blanching, and vary in size. A: Shows multiple purpuric macules scattered over the dorsum of both feet and lower legs; B: Illustrates scattered, patchy, raised hyperpigmented macules on the dorsum of both hands; C: Presents a close-up view of the lower limb, highlighting clustered lesions over the lateral ankle region, some of which appear slightly raised; D: Provides an additional view of the lower extremities, revealing confluent lesions over the foot and lower leg.
