Figure 1 Psychological health indicators. aP < 0.05. This study evaluated the effectiveness of a psychological intervention. Results showed that the intervention group significantly outperformed the control group in anxiety, depression, and mood state indicators. Specifically, anxiety and depression scores significantly decreased, while mood states (such as fatigue, confusion, and tension) improved, and vigor levels increased notably. The findings suggest that the intervention has a significant positive impact on mental health.
