Core Tip
Core Tip: Ultra-high dose rate flash radiotherapy (FLASH-RT) has garnered significant attention due to its unique high-efficiency and low-toxicity biological effects. With an increasing number of research teams entering this field, the number of related publications has grown exponentially. While the high-efficiency and low-toxicity characteristics of FLASH-RT have been extensively validated, it is equally crucial to objectively analyze relevant negative findings. This article systematically synthesizes published research data to elucidate the advance of FLASH-RT. These findings provide valuable references for designing future FLASH-RT preclinical experimental protocols and facilitating clinical translation.
