WJG首次进入胃肠病学与肝病学领域谷歌学术计量TOP 5
背景
2018年8月2日，谷歌学术（Google Scholar）基于h因子发布了2018年学术期刊和出版物排行榜。该榜单涵盖了2013至2017年共计5年发表的文章及截止今年7月底谷歌学术索引中被引用过的文章。
方法
谷歌学术计量（Google Scholar Metrics，GSM）是由谷歌2012年发起的新兴学术测评体系，该报告给出每一出版物3方面的数据：h5指数（h5-index）、h5核心（h5-core）和h5中位数（h5-median）。h5指数是指，某一出版物在过去5年发表的文章之中，至少有h篇文章每篇引用不低于h次；h5核心指该期刊被引用次数最高的h篇论文；h5中位数即h核心中排在中位数的论文被引用次数。
结果
据谷歌2018年最新公布的h因子，World Journal of Gastroenterology（WJG）（图1）在胃肠病学与肝病学领域首次步入前五（TOP 5），较去年排名提升1位；h5指数和中位数分别为92、117（见表1），较去年提升较大。前四依然是该领域的杰出期刊代表，排名无变化，且h5数值变化不大。

讨论
从表1中不难看出，2018年，尽管WJG在排名上只上升1位，但h因子较2017年增长较多，即在高引文章数量和文章高引频次上都取得了长足进步。上述成绩的取得充分说明了WJG在期刊定位和规模控制上初见成效，正逐年缩小同其他老牌杰出期刊的差距。同时也给了我们取得更多进步的想象空间和动力，相信在不久得将来，我们会进入胃肠病学与肝病学领域精英期刊的讨论行列。
