In 2016, the World Journal of Psychiatry (WJP) has published the 4th issue which containing 7 articles contributed by scientists worldwide. Among these comprehensive articles are (1) “Catatonia: Our current understanding of its diagnosis, treatment and pathophysiology”, a Review by Sean A Rasmussen, PhD, et al from the MINDS Program, McMaster University, Canada; (2) “Reasoning and Rehabilitation cognitive skills programme for mentally disordered offenders: Predictors of outcome”, an Original Article by Susan Young, PhD, DClinPsy, BSc, AFBPS, CSci, Senior Clinical Lecturer, et al from the Imperial College London, United Kingdom; and (3) “Cognitive-behavioural therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder co-occurring with psychosis: Systematic review of evidence”, a Systematic Reviews by Antonio Tundo, MD, et al from the Istituto di Psicopatologia, Italy, etc. We invite you to peruse all 7 articles in this issue, as they present the latest research progress/findings and provide insightful comments in psychiatry that will guide basic research and clinical practice in these fields.
