Figure 1 The wrinkles of the left scrotum were markedly reduced and the skin was pale in color.
The left testicle was located in the left groin.
Figure 2 The right scrotal skin was transplanted to the left side using a pedicle, and the left testicle was relocated and fixed in the scrotum.
Figure 3 After 4 mo, the wound has healed well and the left testicle was located in the scrotum.
