Core Tip

Core Tip: This case demonstrates that ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections alleviate pain, restore neuromuscular symmetry, and improve quality of life in post-traumatic lumbar myofascial pain syndrome. Surface electromyography validated objective improvements in muscle function, supporting the therapeutic potential of PRP.
