Figure 1 Modulation of microRNA’s dynamics in the colorectal cancer microenvironment. There is a crosstalk between cells inside tumor microenvironment that drives microRNA’s dysregulation, leading to immune evasion, decreased cytotoxicity, therapy resistance, angiogenesis, and metastasis of colorectal cancer. NK: Natural killer; miR: MicroRNA; CAF: Cancer-associated fibroblast; TAM: Tumor-associated macrophage; EC: Endothelial cell; CRC: Colorectal cancer; CSC: Cancer stem cell.
