A and B: Positron emission tomography/computed tomography showed that the ileocecal intestinal wall was slightly thickened, the thickest part was approximately 2.6 cm, and the uptake was increased. Several enlarged lymph nodes could be seen around, the short diameter of the large one was approximately 1.5 cm, the uptake was increased; C and D: Positron emission tomography/computed tomography showed several enlarged abdominal lymph nodes with increased fluorodeoxyglucose metabolism. The local peritoneum was thickened in the right paracolic sulci and had increased fluorodeoxyglucose metabolism.
