Cholangiocarpal cystadenoma was ruled out, and a magnetic resonance enhancement examination was recommended; C-E: Presence of cystic and solid lesions in the left hepatic lobe and dilation of the left intrahepatic bile duct, indicative of intraductal papillary neoplasms of the bile duct.
