Figure 1 Contrast-enhanced computed tomography of the urinary system, and computed tomography angiography examination showed that the left renal pelvis and left ureter were dilated, and patchy high-density shadow could be seen inside.
Figure 2 Digital subtraction angiography showed the contrast extravasated in the left common iliac artificial blood vessel.
Figure 3 After intravascular embolization, digital subtraction angiography showed no sign of contrast extravasation.
