Infection rate and recurrence were significantly high, in addition to other intra or post-operative complications. The combination of ENPD and ERPD scheme proposed by Dr. He et al. is really innovative, adding the non –invasive security factor for fast and safe recovery. It is clear that multiplying the drainage routes of the pseudo-cyst ensures a more complete emptying, which consequently redounds in a significantly lower rate of infections. Active suction and dilution of the cystic fluid to avoid blockage of the naso-pancreatic tube is an interesting aid for facilitate drainage of the thick contents of the pseudocyst. Baseline measurement of drainage pressures in both ENPD and ERPD would be quite interesting, thus establishing possible values that would indicate a possible future obstructions of the drainage. The development of the aforementioned avant-garde techniques under the guidance of current diagnostic methods augurs a promising future in future treatments in the face of the potentially serious complications of acute or chronic pancreatic injury, achieving a lower rate of complications and a faster and positive recovery results. Authors performed quoted Retrospective Analysis with a correct scientific methodology, follow-up research work and satisfactory language quality standards. Conflict – of –Interest Statement: None
