This retrospective study found that Freeze-dried recombinant human BNP therapy can improve heart function and enhance microinflammatory status, thereby improving overall quality of life without any obvious side effects. This therapy is safe and reliable. The results provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of heart failure with Freeze-dried recombinant human BNP, which has certain clinical value.
