we have carefully read the article and we would like to congratulate the authors for addressing an important aspect of diagnosing COVID-19 infection .ALL the scientific argument made in the article were sound and concise the advantage of RT-PCR over rapid antigen-detection tests are discussed well .The authors clearly argued the disadvantage of rapid antigen-detection tests in comparison to RT-PCR .However one must not forget the disadvantage of the latter test and its limitation that were intensively examined and addressed in many article ,a good example of these are published in
