Abstract

This is an erratum regarding the published paper titled “KAT7/HMGN1 signaling epigenetically induces tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A expression to ameliorate insulin resistance in Alzheimer’s disease”. We wish to report an inadvertent duplication in Figure 3B, where the third flow cytometry image was inadvertently duplicated. We confirm that this correction does not affect the interpretation of the results or the conclusions of the study.

CORRECTION

This is an erratum to correct an error in the article “KAT7/HMGN1 signaling epigenetically induces tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase 1A expression to ameliorate insulin resistance in Alzheimer's disease” by Lu et al[1], which was published on March 19, 2024.

During the resubmission process on January 29, 2024, the image files for Figure 3B were reformatted to meet the journal's requirements. In the course of this adjustment, the fourth flow cytometry panel in the original Figure 3B was inadvertently duplicated from the third panel in the same figure, resulting in the error shown in Figure 1.

This was a file-handling error introduced during the final resubmission process. All earlier versions of the manuscript (including the original submission and previous revisions), contained the correct image for Figure 3B.

The underlying experimental data remain entirely valid and unchanged. This error is strictly limited to the final image assembly and upload on January 29, 2024, during which the fourth flow cytometry panel in Figure 3B was inadvertently duplicated from the third panel due to a file selection mistake. This technical oversight does not affect the study's scientific results or conclusions. We possess the correct original data for this panel, and the revised, accurate version of the figure is provided herein as Figure 2.

We sincerely apologize for this oversight and any confusion it may have caused. We respectfully request the publication of this notice as notice as a formal corrigendum to correct this error in the online version of the article.
