The junior radiologist classified the lesion as ovarian-adnexal reporting and data system (O-RADS) 2 and diagnosed it as a benign cystic teratoma, whereas the senior radiologist classified it as O-RADS 5 and diagnosed it as serous cystadenocarcinoma.
