The observation group demonstrated significantly earlier stoma reversal compared to the control group (log-rank test: χ2 = 54.582, P < 0.001), with the median reversal time being approximately 24 days shorter in the observation group. The steeper slope of the observation group curve between 80-140 days indicates accelerated stoma closure during this critical period.
