The median and interquartile spacing were used to describe the level of perforin, granzyme B, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), and interferon gamma (IFN-γ) production by natural killer cells. Comparisons between transfected mimics and negative control are also presented in the table, comparisons between groups are also included. Overexpression of microRNA-137 (miR-137), miR-124, and miR-506 resulted in significant differences between granzyme B group, whereas no differences were observed among perforin, TNF-α, and IFN-γ.
