Sources of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are shown as adipose tissue, umbilical cord, and bone marrow. MSCs are characterized by positive and negative markers and may be differentiated for clinical applications. The immunomodulatory properties of MSCs make them a promising candidate for cell-based therapies. NK cell: Natural killer cell.
