I am writing to bring to your attention an error that we have identified in our recently published manuscript titled "Assessing recent recurrence after hepatectomy for hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma by a predictive model based on sarcopenia" in the World Journal of Gastroenterology[1].

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding and assistance in this matter. In this article, the flowchart of patients needs to be corrected (Figure 1).
