No steatosis was observed in control group (A) and the fatty degeneration was seen in the model group (B). Fatty degeneration of the liver was alleviated after treated with osthole 5 mg/kg (C), 10 mg/kg (D), 20 mg/kg (E) and lipanthyl 20 mg/kg (F) for 6 wk.
