Reader Comments:
In this observational study, the author evaluated the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic (lockdown) on mental health services in Italy. The language is reader-friendly. The references used are adequate and up to date. The author could consider a table showing the demographic profile of the patient population studied in 2019 and 2020 to make it more reader-friendly. Table 1 is quite helpful in understanding the factors associated with hospital admission.
