This is a detailed and well-written review of congestive heart failure and its impact on COVID 19. The article is very well referenced, and tables help glance at relevant studies' outcomes quickly. The figure-2 does not add much value or information; one could exclude it or add valuable information pertinent to this paper to make it meaningful.

This study is impressive regarding COVID-19 and congestive heart failure especilly HFrEF. If the author progress this systematic review to Meta-analysis, the results should be more impact to this scientific field. I am happy to read the manuscript which was clear and conclusive. Finally, this paper is a nice article that would be recommended for my colleagues.

Although the study is very detailed, it lacks clarity.
For example figure 2 is not relevant to the text .
Tables could be constructed in a more meaningful presentation.
For example the key result presented and then
The studies that support it.
For example if a reader wants to find what is the difference of HF with reduced EF vs preserved EF (a very basic distinction in heart failure patients) the answer is hidden in complex tables and in the text and at the end not clear and comprehensive

This is a very relevant study to physicians treating complicated Covid-19 cases addressing a common observation which is heart failure in patients with Covid-19 infection and it’s impact on outcome.
It was not clear to me the search criteria or the search engines used to identify the studies discussed. I would have liked to see the paper divided as a similar to other systematic reviews to include heading of: methods, results….etc.
I enjoyed reading the discussion which was inclusive and fulfilling.
In large, this is a good article that recommend to colleagues to read.
