Abstract
BACKGROUND Kidney transplantation is the most effective means to treat patients with renal failure, but its postoperative problems such as rejection reactions, immunosuppressant poisoning, chronic transplant kidney nephropathy, etc. still have not been effectively solved. This study searched for literature on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes after kidney transplantation in China, conducted statistical analysis of the results, and sought to identify the underlying patterns. AIM To understand the TCM syndromes after renal transplantation and associated rules and provide a theoretical basis for further clinical research. METHODS The literature pertaining to TCM syndromes in renal transplantation, published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang database, and WIP database from 1970 to 2021, was meticulously searched and comprehensively and statistically analyzed. RESULTS Following the established inclusion and exclusion criteria, 13 studies were selected for analysis. Post-renal transplantation, no significant discrepancy was noted among the groups based on the location of TCM viscera. However, when categorized according to TCM pathogenic factors, the groups with spleen and kidney yang deficiency, as well as liver and kidney yin deficiency, exhibited a statistically significant difference in the frequency. CONCLUSION Currently, the research on TCM syndromes pertaining to renal transplantation is in its nascent phase. It is imperative to conduct a multicentric, large-scale survey of TCM syndromes subsequent to renal transplantation in the ensuing years.

Abstract
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common critical condition in clinical practice, characterized by a rapid decline in renal function within a short period. The pathogenesis of AKI is complex and has not been fully elucidated. In recent years, studies have found that the activation of endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and the Nod-like receptor family pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome are closely related to the occurrence of AKI. When the kidneys is damaged, the internal environment of the kidney cells is disrupted, leading to the activation of ERS. Excessive ERS can induce apoptosis of renal cells, leading to the occurrence of AKI. Additionally, the NLRP3 inflammasome can mediate the recognition of endogenous and exogenous danger signal molecules by the host, subsequently activating caspase-1, pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1β and IL-18, inducing inflammatory responses, and promoting apoptosis of renal cells. In animal models of AKI, the upregulation of ERS markers is often accompanied by increased expression levels of NLRP3 inflammasome-related proteins, indicating that ERS can regulate the activation process of the NLRP3 inflammasome. Clarifying the role and mechanism of ERS and NLRP3 inflammasome in AKI is expected to provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of AKI.

Abstract
Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury is caused by a temporary reduction in oxygen-carrying blood flow to the kidney, followed by reperfusion. During ischemia, kidney tissue damage induces overproduction of reactive oxygen species, which produces oxidative stress. The blood flow restoration during the reperfusion period causes further production of reactive oxygen species that ends with apoptosis and cell death. This study aimed to investigate the potential renoprotective effects of Raloxifene on bilateral renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats by looking into kidney function biomarkers, urea and creatinine, inflammatory cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β). Additionally, antioxidant markers such as total antioxidant capacity (TAC) and the pro-apoptotic marker caspase-3 were assessed. Histopathological scores were also employed for evaluation. Our experimental design involved 20 rats divided into four groups: the sham group underwent median laparotomy without ischemia induction, the control group experienced bilateral renal ischemia for 30 minutes followed by 2 hours of reperfusion, the vehicle group received pretreatment with a mixture of corn oil and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) before ischemia induction, and the Raloxifene-treated group was administered Raloxifene at a dose of 10 mg/kg before ischemia induction, followed by ischemia-reperfusion. Urea and creatinine, TNF-α, IL-1β, and caspase-3 in the Raloxifene group were significantly lower compared to the control and vehicle groups. On the other hand, TAC levels in the Raloxifene group were significantly higher than in the control and vehicle groups. This study concluded that Raloxifene had a renoprotective impact via multiple actions as an anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptotic, and antioxidant agent.

Abstract
Objective: We aimed to explore the protective effect of Panax notoginseng rhizomes (PNR) on renal ischemia and reperfusion injury (RIRI) and the underlying molecular network mechanism based on network pharmacology and combined systemic experimental validation. Methods: A bilateral RIRI model was established, and Cr, SCr, and BUN levels were detected. Then, the PNR was pretreated 1 week before the RIRI model was prepared. To determine the effects of the PNR in RIRI, histopathological damage and the effect of PNRs to the kidney was assessed, using TTC, HE, and TUNEL staining. Furthermore, the underlying network pharmacology mechanism was detected by screening drug-disease intersection targets from PPI protein interactions and GO and KEGG analysis, and the hub genes were screened for molecular docking based on the Degree value. Finally, the expression of hub genes in kidney tissues was verified by qPCR, and the protein expression of related genes was further detected by Western blot (WB). Results: PNR pretreatment could effectively increase Cr level, decrease SCr and BUN levels, reduce renal infarct areas and renal tubular cell injury areas, and inhibit renal cell apoptosis. By using network pharmacology combined with bioinformatics, we screened co-targets both Panax notoginseng (Sanchi) and RIRI, acquired ten hub genes, and successfully performed molecular docking. Of these, pretreatment with the PNR reduced the mRNA levels of IL6 and MMP9 at postoperative day 1 and TP53 at postoperative day 7, and the protein expression of MMP9 at postoperative day 1 in IRI rats. These results showed that the PNR could decrease kidney pathological injury in IRI rats and inhibit apoptotic reaction and cell inflammation so as to improve renal injury effectively, and the core network mechanism is involved in the inhibition of MMP9, TP53, and IL-6. Conclusion: The PNR has a marked protective effect for RIRI, and the underlying mechanism is involved in inhibiting the expression of MMP9, TP53, and IL-6. This striking discovery not only provides fruitful evidence for the protective effect of the PNR in RIRI rats but also provides a novel mechanic explanation.

Abstract
Background: Advanced ovarian cancer (AOC) develops rapidly, adding to difficulties in treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) plays a significant role in the treatment of AOC, and so to explore the efficacy and safety of TCM in the treatment of AOC and its effective targets, we performed the following review. Methods: The major databases were searched for randomized controlled trials of TCM for the treatment of AOC. A meta-analysis of the efficacy of Chinese herbs on AOC was conducted using RevMan 5.4 software. Active compounds and target genes were acquired using the TCMSP database. The main targets of AOC were obtained through the GenCards, OMIM, TTD, and DrugBank databases. A protein-protein interaction network carried out on the STRING platform was used to select core genes. The Metascape platform was applied to achieve GO and KEGG enrichment analysis. Results: A total of 24 studies were included. Meta-analysis shows the TCM group improved the overall response rate (OR = 2.71; 95% CI = [2.14, 3.44], Z = 8.25, p < 0.00001), overall survival (OR = 2.93, 95% CI = [2.03, 4.24], Z = 5.72, p < 0.00001), and progression-free survival (OR = 5.36, 95% CI = [5.03, 5.69], Z = 31.88, p < 0.00001) of AOC patients, as well as reducing many adverse events. There were 120 compounds, 246 herb target genes, and 1503 disease targets extracted. The 10 most important components were quercetin, kaempferol, 7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone, formononetin, isorhamnetin, hederagenin, stigmasterol, luteolin, 7-O-methylisomucronulatol, and calycosin. The 20 core targets were TP53, STAT3, JUN, AKT1, MAPK3, RELA, MAPK1, ESR1, IL6, FOS, MAPK14, TNF, CDKN1A, RB1, CCND1, EGFR, STAT1, MDM2, MAPK8, and CAV1. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that there are many pathways directly related to different types of tumors, such as in pathway cancer and prostate cancer. Conclusion: Our article reveals TCM is effective and safe against AOC and that Chinese herbs exert effects on the disease through multi-target, multi-component, and multi-pathway mechanisms. Abstract
Objective: Research suggests that Puerarin may protect against sepsis-induced myocardial damage. However, the mechanisms responsible for Puerarin’s cardioprotective effect remain largely unclear. In this study, our objective is to investigate the role of Puerarin-induced AMPK-mediated ferroptosis signaling in protecting myocardial injury. Methods: 48 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group, LPS group, LPS + Pue group, LPS + Pue + Era (Erastin, ferroptosis activator) group, or LPS + Pue + CC (compound C, AMPK inhibitor) group. During the experiment, cardiac systolic function indexes and myocardial histopathological changes were monitored. The serum levels of myocardial injury marker enzyme, inflammatory response related marker enzyme, and oxidative stress related-marker enzyme were measured with ELISA. Apoptotic cardiomyocytes, the iron content in myocardial tissue, apoptosis-related proteins, AMPK, and ferroptosis-related proteins were determined. Results: Puerarin inhibited the myocardial injury induced by LPS. The cardioprotective effects of Puerarin decreased after adding ferroptosis-activating compound Erastin. The protein expression levels of GPX4 and ferritin were down-regulated, whereas ACSL4, TFR, and heart iron content were up-regulated in LPS + Pue + Era group compared with LPS+Pue group. A significant difference was identified between LPS + Pue + Era group and LPS + Pue group in P-AMPK and T-AMPK levels. Meanwhile, after providing CC, P-AMPK/T-AMPK was significantly reduced, the protein expression levels of GPX4 and ferritin were down-regulated. ACSL4, TFR, and the heart iron content were up-regulated in LPS + Pue + CC group compared to LPS + Pue group. Conclusions: Puerarin protected against sepsis-induced myocardial injury, and AMPK-mediated ferroptosis signaling played a crucial role in its cardioprotective effect.

Abstract
PDCA plays a very important role in the hygienic management of hospital operating rooms. Before the PDCA management from February 2018 to February 2019, routine hygiene management in the operating room was adopted; after the PDCA management from February 2018 to February 2019, PDCA cycle management was adopted. 500 surgical patients were randomly selected from both groups. We compare the quality control checklist scores of hand hygiene management, environmental hygiene management, medical waste management, and disinfection and isolation management in the routine group and the PDCA group. We also compared the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in surgical incisions of the routine group and the PDCA group and the infection rate of various surgical incisions, air samples, surface samples, disinfectants, and sterilization rates of sterile items. The PDCA group's hand hygiene management score, environmental hygiene management score, medical waste management score, and disinfection and isolation management score were higher than those in the conventional group (P < 0.05). The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in the PDCA group, the infection rate of type I, type II, and type III incisions, and the total infection rate of surgical incisions were lower than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The qualified rate of air samples and surface samples in the PDCA group was higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05), and the difference in the qualified rate of disinfectants and sterile items between the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The hygiene management of the operating room adopts PDCA sustainable improvement management measures to effectively increase the qualification rate of disinfection and sterilization, reduce the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria and infection rate of surgical incisions, and strengthen the management quality of hand hygiene, environmental hygiene, medical waste, and disinfection and isolation.

Abstract
This paper aims to explore the application value of SonoVue contrast-enhanced ultrasonography based on deep unsupervised learning (DNS) in the diagnosis of nipple discharge. In this paper, a new model (ODNS) is proposed based on the unsupervised learning model and stack self-coding network. The ultrasonic images of 1,725 patients with breast lesions in the shared database are used as the test data of the model. The differences in accuracy (Acc), recall (RE), sensitivity (Sen), and running time between the two models before and after optimization and other algorithms are compared. A total of 48 female patients with nipple discharge are enrolled. The differences in SE, specificity (SP), positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography are analyzed based on pathological examination results. The results showed that when the number of network layers is 5, the classification accuracies of DNS and ODNS model data reached the highest values, which were 91.45% and 98.64%, respectively.
