Figure 1 Changes in anxiety symptoms (Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7) over time.
Changes in Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scores across time points in intervention and control groups. Mean Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 scores with standard deviations are shown at baseline, post-intervention (week 8), and follow-up (3 months) for the intervention group (n = 31, blue line) and control group (n = 29, gray line). The intervention group demonstrated a progressive reduction in anxiety scores from baseline (10.0 ± 3.7) to week 8 (5.7 ± 3.5) and maintained improvement at 3-month follow-up (5.2 ± 3.0). The control group showed no significant change, with scores remaining stable at approximately 10.0 throughout the study period. Error bars represent standard deviation.
