From the 2021-22 Nationwide Inpatient Sample (> 70 million unweighted discharges), 456690 patients ≥ 75 years with non-ST elevation myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention were identified via international classification of diseases-10 codes and stratified by Hospital Frailty Risk Score into low (n = 173330), intermediate (n = 231590), and high (n = 51770) frailty. Baseline characteristics and in-hospital outcomes were compared across these three cohorts.
