This study explores the potential of resveratrol, a natural polyphenol, in targeting pancreatic cancer by depleting senescent tumor-associated fibroblasts (TAFs). Tumor-associated fibroblasts play a key role in the tumor microenvironment, promoting cancer cell proliferation and metastasis. By depleting senescent TAFs, resveratrol disrupts this supportive environment, leading to inhibited cancer growth and spread.
