Reader Comments:
The authors of the article evaluate the efficacy and safety of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) for gastric low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia. They describe the RFA procedure in detail and assess factors associated with the risk of disease recurrence. The identification of these factors is important, as it allows us optimizing the choice of treatment methods in patients and opens up opportunities for preventing disease recurrence through anti-Helicobacter therapy. The article is of undoubted interest to clinicians.

Thank you for your in-depth reading and valuable comments on our research. We are still exploring other possible factors that may influence the recurrence of gastric LGIN, such as medication history and diet.Maybe it's still valuable for future research.
