The findings of this study do not tally with the basic fuction of FUCA1. No explanation of hypothesis is provided regarding the increased expression of FUCA1 in ESCC with nodal involvement. The conclusion fails to address the objective. Also the language to express the same could have been more scientifically correct.
A more detailed conclusion would have been appreciated.
