IC50 values were evaluated by MTT assay. Each experiment was conducted in triplicate. Data are expressed as means ± SD. One-way analysis of variance followed by Dunnett’s multiple comparison tests revealed statistical differences.

^aP < 0.05 for SGC7901/DDP + small interfering RNA (siRNA)-CDX2 cells vs SGC7901/DDP + siRNA-NC cells and SGC7901/DDP cells.
