A piece of liver tissue from rats in each group was fixed with formalin, and then it was embedded in paraffin. Thin sections were cut and stained with HE. U represents the RIDIT value of the two groups, P < 0.05 indicates U > 1.96, P < 0.01 indicates U > 2.58.
