A significant elevated ratio was seen on POD7 vs that on POD-1 in both groups (P < 0.01). Significant decreases in the ratio were seen in both groups on POD12 vs POD7 (P < 0.01). The L/M ratio of EN group was significantly lower than PN group on POD7 (P < 0.05) and on POD12 (P < 0.01).
