A 36 bp internal control band present in all samples indicated an appropriate polymerase chain reaction (PCR). B: Comparison of telomerase activity in MKN-45-ahTR and control cells. Compared with control cells, the telomerase activity in MKN-45-ahTR was inhibited by about 75%.
