Electrophoresis of PCR amplification products of 23S rRNA gene V domain of Helicobacter pylori isolates was performed using 2% agarose gel. MP corresponds to the molecular weight marker of 100 bp; the arrow indicates the band corresponding to 600 bp; lanes To1 to To11, correspond to DNA of the isolates resistant to clarithromycin from the Colombian population with a low risk of gastric cancer (Tumaco).
