		Figure 1 Algorithm for prophylaxis to prevent de novo hepatitis B virus for recipients of HBcAb(+) grafts.
		
			 For recipients with pretransplant HBsAb > 1000 IU/L, no antiviral prophylaxis is required. Recipients require nucleos(t)ide analogs if HBsAb is < 1000 IU/L. Post-transplant vaccination is given after steroid withdrawal. Nucleos(t)ide analogs may be discontinued if HBsAb is > 1000 IU/L.
