Figure 1 Absorption of pregabalin in eight female patients with chronic pancreatitis.
Curves illustrate the variance in absorption of pregabalin after 75 mg pregabalin (oral capsule). Especially one patient varied from other subjects by having increased plasma concentration of pregabalin. Not a single cause could explain this outlier, but it could be a combination of several factors suggested.
