The structure of the interlobular biliary duct disappear, infiltrated with lymphocytes and neutrophil. Liver lobular is surrounded by dense fibrosis, with the presence of septa.

The structure of the interlobular biliary duct is still preserved. The infiltration with lymphocytes and neutrophil decreases.
