Figure 1 Examples of elevation of MAD2 and cyclin B1 levels in human gastric cancer.
Western blot analyses were performed to analyze the protein levels of MAD2 and cyclin B1 in the lysates from non-tumorous tissues (N) and tumorous tissues (T) of gastric cancer patients, #195, #198, #249, #269, #214, and #274. The levels of β-tubulin in the same-paired tissue lysates were analyzed as internal control.
