Values were reported as the ratio of 5-HT3R to β-actin signals and normalized by the corresponding RT-PCR products for β-actin, used as the internal control. PCR was carried out for 35 cycles. Amplified cDNA products were separated by 20 g/L agarose gel electrophoresis. bP = 0.000 vs OVX group; dP = 0.000 vs sham-operated group.
