Title: Dyspepsia following Helicobacter pylori eradication: Shifts in etiology and clinical challenges. This editorial discussed a retrospective cohort study by Suzuki et al. (WJG 2025;31:110942) that used more than 23,000 endoscopic records from Japan’s Helicobacter pylori eradication program. That study addressed the clinically significant issue of persistent dyspepsia after successful bacterial eradication. The authors of this editorial reinforced and highlighted this issue. The Reviewers awarded mostly outstanding scores.
