Title: “ Gastric microenvironment and gastric cancer: Interplay of acid, microbiota, and Inflammation”. This review article provides an in-depth examination of the interactions among gastric acid secretion, the microbiota, and inflammation in the gastric cancer microenvironment. It presents the critical role of microbiota dysbiosis, including that of non-Helicobacter pylori, in gastric cancer development and expands the classical Correa cascade model. The authors provide novel perspectives on the pathogenesis of gastric cancer and future research.
