This study systematically elucidates that the Anwei Formula alleviates chronic atrophic gastritis through a dual mechanism involving the direct suppression of NLRP3 inflammasome activity in gastric tissue and the remodeling of the gut microbiota-metabolism axis, thereby providing robust experimental evidence for modern mechanistic investigations of traditional Chinese medicine in complex gastrointestinal diseases and establishing a benchmark for multi-omics integrated research on the "gut-stomach axis" regulation.
