We appreciate your suggestion. “Gastric subepithelial tumors” is the standard term commonly used in the endoscopic literature, as it encompasses lesions arising from the submucosa and deeper layers. Therefore, we believe the original title appropriately reflects the content of the study.

Traction-preclosure-assisted vs conventional endoscopic full-thickness resection for gastric subepithelial tumors: Safety, efficacy in a retrospective cohort (with video). This is an impressive paper with a good video. Regarding the title, the authors should clearly spell out whether it was a submucosal resection rather than a subepithelial resection.
