Title: MassARRAY-based KRAS and GNAS hotspot mutation analysis of cystic fluid enables accurate classification of pancreatic cystic lesions. This study has clinical relevance. It is focused on the detection and diagnosis of KRAS and GNAS “hotspot” mutations in pancreatic cystic fluid using MassARRAY technology.
