Title: Pristimerin ameliorates spasmolytic polypeptide-expressing metaplasia by modulating Cdkn1c(p57)-mediated glycolytic reprogramming. This preclinical experimental study explored the therapeutic potential and mechanisms of pristimerin in the treatment of spasmolytic polypeptide-expressing metaplasia (SPEM) that is a key gastric precancerous lesion.
