Title: Early screening and risk factors for gastric cancer. This is a clinically important article that provides a well-structured review of early screening strategies and risk factors for gastric cancer (GC). The authors summarized key risk factors, particularly Helicobacter pylori infection, and evaluated current and emerging screening modalities, including serum biomarkers, liquid biopsy, imaging, and endoscopic approaches. Of particular value is the inclusion in Table 1 of diagnostic performance metrics (sensitivity and specificity).
