This well-designed prospective, single-center study focuses on the practical application of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) for bridging to transplant and salvage treatment. The study's design is logical, and it presents detailed results. The treatment protocol follows standard procedures; the toxicity assessment and follow-up period are relatively long, with a median of 23.6 months. Together, these aspects contribute to the study's potential value in providing evidence for SBRT use in clinical settings. Novel and important study. Comment: I suggest changing in the title “centre” to center.
