I go point by point in the comment on the methods and results.
1.The authors have developed detailed (or strict) inclusion criteria, however, the major limitation of the Method section is the lack of detail regarding the exclusion information
2.I have found no indications about follow-up time of included patients. In addition, ethical statement seems not appear in the main text.
3.The effect of surgery type on disease-free and overall survival should be evaluated. Adjustments for clinicopathologic covariates, including age, sex, comorbidities, tumor size, histology, and pathologic T and N stages are required.
