I would like to congratulate you on the great work done in this review. It is clear, simple, and concise, highlighting the most relevant aspects of complications in such a specific topic. I consider this very important, as these situations are often urgent, and a high index of suspicion is necessary for diagnosis. I would have liked to see some more comments on the treatment of these complications, but I understand that it was not the objective of the review.

One of the strengths of this article is its comprehensive coverage of various complications. To further enrich the article, authors can include more clinical scenarios, to provide practical insights into how these complications present and their subsequent management.
